• Coach Applications: When applying as a Life & Wealth Coach, we collect professional backgrounds, CV details, contact information, and educational credentials.
• AI Assistant Conversations: Conversations with our floating AI assistant are logged and stored in our database alongside a browser-persisted unique token, IP address, and browser User-Agent metadata.
• Usage & Telemetry: Page views, clickstreams, and telemetry are logged through cookies to optimize site security, prevent DDoS attacks, and enforce rate limits.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data to:

• Provide coaching services, custom financial strategies, and facilitate consultation bookings.
• Operate, secure, and improve our AI assistant response quality.
• Process coach career applications and check compliance credentials.
• Enforce security guidelines, rate-limit APIs, and protect our server infrastructure from unauthorized requests.

4. Data Protection & Security

We implement robust technical, organizational, and physical security measures to shield your data from accidental loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. All data transmissions are encrypted using standard TLS protocols, and stored databases are restricted to authorized administrators.

Important: Do not share sensitive personal information (such as bank details, passwords, or government IDs) in our AI assistant chat window. We do not require this information to assist you in general navigation.

5. Conversation Logs Retention & Deletion

AI chatbot logs and related session records are stored for a default retention period of 90 days for security auditing and abuse prevention. Conversation logs are automatically purged or anonymized after this period, unless an active service engagement or legal obligation requires longer retention.

Your Right to Delete: You have full control over your AI chat data. You can permanently delete your active chat history at any time by clicking the "Clear Chat" (Trash) icon located in the header of the AI chat window.

6. Your Rights

Under the PH Data Privacy Act, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• The right to be informed of processing activities.
• The right to access and request copies of your stored personal data.
• The right to request rectification of inaccurate records.
• The right to object to or restrict processing, or request data erasure/deletion.
